The Aseptic Training Specialist develops, delivers, and improves training programs for aseptic processing operations. This individual contributor supports onboarding, qualification, audits, and workforce readiness. The work involves cleanroom personnel, Quality, Validation, Technical Services, operators, supervisors, and training teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver hands-on aseptic and cleanroom training
- Develop training materials, qualification packages, and assessments
- Maintain audit-ready records, curricula, matrices, and LMS data
- Partner with teams to close competency gaps




- Support deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and change controls

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in a relevant field
- Five or more years in GMP-regulated manufacturing preferred
- Aseptic or cleanroom experience strongly preferred
- Experience delivering technical, GMP, or manufacturing training
- Knowledge of controlled documents and technical writing
