Lead community clinical care as a Registered Practical Nurse Supervisor with ParaMed, applying assessment skills and supporting PSWs and HSWs. This is a full-time, temporary six-month contract.

The Clinical Supervisor oversees community staff while ensuring secure, quality, and ethical care. You will assess, implement, and evaluate clinical interventions, support documentation, and guide patient and staff problem solving. The position requires strong community nursing knowledge and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise PSWs and HSWs across community care settings
- Investigate patient safety incidents and document action plans
- Lead huddles, meetings, and individual staff discussions




- Support clinical documentation and funder reporting requirements
- Provide patient health teaching, coaching, and mentoring

Requirements:

- Current unrestricted RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- At least five years practicing as a Registered Practical Nurse
- Comprehensive patient health assessment skills
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
