Your job is to take that further: lead the team toward an agent-driven workflow where specs become working, tested features, and prove the results. Lead, coach and grow a team of 5–8 engineers – owning hiring, goal-setting, performance reviews, career development and the hard conversations.Own delivery of the product roadmap: plan capacity, manage risk, and make clear trade-offs between scope, quality and team health.Take on the tough problems: own the process improvements that lead to higher-quality, more predictable releases.Drive the move from spec-driven development to an agent-driven workflow, and measure its impact on throughput and quality.Set the standard for responsible, secure AI use as the tools evolve.Stay technical: review designs and pull requests, and spend roughly 10–30% of your time coding on prototypes, spikes and unblocking the team.Work with Documentation, Customer Care,



Architecture and DevOps to ship quality releases and resolve customer issues fast.A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience, plus:7+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years managing or leading engineersA track record of developing people through coaching, feedback and career planningExperience owning delivery commitments, capacity planning and risk managementHands‑on experience with AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude and GitHub Copilot, and a point of view on where they should go nextProficiency in a modern web stack – Angular (preferred) or React with TypeScript, and C# / .NET;
