This Manager role develops relationships with angel investors, venture capital firms, family offices, strategic investors, and other capital providers. It supports fundraising strategy, investor communications, and organized outreach. Relevant backgrounds include investor relations, corporate finance, fundraising, venture capital, investment banking, startup ecosystem development, or strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify prospective investors and appropriate capital providers
- Coordinate outreach, introductory meetings, and pitch presentations
- Maintain investor pipeline records and follow-ups




- Prepare materials for investor due diligence
- Support fundraising strategy and investor communications

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in investor relations or corporate finance
- Strong financial communication and presentation skills
- Research, confidentiality, and relationship-management skills
- Familiarity with equity financing and SECURE instruments advantageous
- Familiarity with due diligence and investor data rooms advantageous
