Lead mergers and acquisitions at eStruxture Data Centers, applying valuation and transaction expertise within an office-based Monday-to-Friday schedule.

The Director of Corporate Development reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and leads the corporate development team. This strategic leader evaluates, structures, and executes acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments. The work includes due diligence, financial modeling, negotiations, integration, and executive and Board reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and evaluate acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships
- Manage commercial, financial, and operational due diligence
- Perform DCF, IRR, valuation, and sensitivity analysis
- Support term sheet and purchase agreement negotiations




- Assist integration and synergy realization for acquired assets

Requirements:

- Eight to ten years in corporate development, M&A;, private equity, or banking
- Demonstrated traditional M&A; leadership from sourcing through close
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field
- MBA, CFA, or CPA highly preferred
- Complex due diligence and transaction execution experience
