Lead nuclear projects in Pickering and Durham Region, managing scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality for E.S. Fox Limited.

Reporting to the Program Manager, this Project Manager oversees all project aspects within ESFL Nuclear Services. The position requires stakeholder alignment, risk management, change control, and project reporting. Experience in nuclear power, industrial construction, or EPC environments supports success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accountability for project safety, schedule, and budget
- Develop execution, procurement, contracting, risk, scope, and change plans
- Lead project teams with direction and guidance
- Monitor cost, schedule, quality, risks, issues, and performance
- Supervise closeout, commissioning,



and transition to operations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Approximately six to eight years of accumulated learning experience
- Ten years’ project management experience in nuclear or related projects
- Experience in EPC, estimating, planning, or project execution
- Robust communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational abilities
