Administer Linux and Windows servers at Canada Guaranty, using scripting and troubleshooting skills to support reliable business infrastructure.

The IT Systems Administrator maintains server environments and infrastructure supporting critical applications. This hands-on role covers Active Directory, VMware, monitoring, patching, and network troubleshooting. You will coordinate with infrastructure colleagues, service providers, application teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to maintain availability, performance, documentation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, administer, and maintain Linux and Windows servers
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
- Monitor health, performance, capacity, logs, and system alerts
- Perform patching, hardening, vulnerability remediation,



and certificate renewals
- Use Bash and PowerShell automation for administration activities

Requirements:

- At least two years of systems administration experience
- Practical administration experience across Linux and Windows Server
- Working knowledge of VMware or HPE-VME virtualization technologies
- Fundamental TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and firewall troubleshooting knowledge
- College diploma or university degree in a related field
