As Senior Engineering Manager, you will guide two teams while shaping technical direction, roadmaps, and delivery strategies. You will oversee infrastructure, developer tooling, CI/CD, observability, identity systems, and third-party integrations. The position reports directly to the CTO and includes hands-on architecture and coding when required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Platform and Integrations engineering teams
- Define technical visions, roadmaps, and delivery milestones
- Contribute to architecture decisions, APIs, and scalability trade-offs
- Write and review Java, Python, or Go code
- Coach engineers through feedback, reviews, and development plans

Requirements:

- At least five years developing software individually
- At least three years managing engineering teams
- Experience managing approximately ten to fifteen people
- Product ownership and stakeholder prioritization experience
- DevOps, cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and monitoring experience
