Lead payroll finance strategy with Ontario Health atHome, analyzing budgets and forecasts from a flexible Ontario office location. Support health care decisions through financial expertise.

Reporting to the Director, Payroll, the Manager, Payroll leads payroll administrative staff and supports strategic and operational objectives. The position develops financial information, builds models, evaluates performance, and prepares recommendations for board and managerial decisions. It also supports collective bargaining scenarios, data accuracy, and process improvement across internal functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage payroll administrative staff
- Develop and communicate ongoing and ad hoc financial information
- Build models, forecasts, and sensitivity scenarios for cost drivers
- Analyze financial impacts, trends,



variances, and budget results
- Lead process improvements supporting data integrity and accuracy

Requirements:

- University degree in Mathematics, Finance, Business, or Economics
- Payroll Certification and five to seven years of finance experience
- Experience overseeing payroll operations and administrative payroll systems
- Expertise in revenue, expense analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Advanced Microsoft Office, Excellent Plains, Quadrant Payroll, and SQL knowledge
