The Solution Specialist supports a local business unit and regional sales team on existing clients and strategic projects. This position estimates small to mid-size mechanical jobs and retrofits, develops cutting-edge solutions, and supports Sales and Operations. Advanced knowledge of mechanical systems and networks is central to accurate labor and material costing. The specialist also maintains client satisfaction as an external liaison.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create sales and opportunity plans for assigned clients
- Respond to technical support inquiries from existing clients
- Provide accurate RFP and RFI support
- Complete site surveys with sales,



operations, and project managers
- Estimate labor, equipment, materials, permits, and subcontractor costs

Requirements:

- Technical degree or specified journeyman license or engineering designation
- Ten years of mechanical systems experience
- Knowledge of air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, steam, and hydronic systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
