As Senior Manager, Quality Assurance – Strategic Initiatives, you will guide complex supplier, manufacturing, regulatory, and product changes. You will lead three Senior QA Specialists while connecting technical rigour with practical execution. The work protects food safety, product integrity, consumer experience, compliance, and supply continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and prioritize the enterprise QA initiative portfolio
- Assess supplier, formulation, manufacturing, regulatory, and product changes
- Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors on trade-offs
- Drive validation, control updates, decisions, and performance monitoring




- Lead specialists and provide executive risk and progress updates

Requirements:

- Degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or related discipline
- Seven or more years in food quality or technical leadership
- Solid HACCP, GFSI, Canadian regulations, and quality systems knowledge
- Experience evaluating changes, specifications, validation, and supplier issues
- People leadership, analytical judgment, and executive communication skills
