As Product Manager, reporting to the Group Product Manager, you will own a defined Passkey roadmap area and related KPIs. You will combine customer conversations, usage analytics, support data, and prototypes to shape priorities. Your work supports room-block management for planners, attendees, and hotel teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own Passkey roadmap areas and monitor defined KPIs
- Conduct customer interviews and continuous product discovery
- Prioritize backlogs, plan sprints, and support delivery
- Coordinate Engineering, Design, QA, Sales, and Marketing




- Evaluate AI features and hotel-system integrations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree and three-plus years product management experience
- B2B SaaS, hospitality, or PMS/CRS integration experience
- Data fluency with dashboards, analytics, and quantitative concepts
- Experience prototyping with AI tools and evaluating output quality
- Agile development knowledge and explicit communication skills
