You will report to the Director of Fiduciary Services on a multidisciplinary team supporting individuals and high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate legal activities and meet established file deadlines
- Analyze wills and legal documents throughout file administration
- Recommend actions to the Director of Fiduciary Services
- Oversee file progress,

- Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory developments

Requirements:

- Membership in the Chambre des notaires du Québec
- Relevant experience settling estates or administering trusts
- Experience providing advice and client service
- Knowledge of wills and property administration obligations
