The role focuses on leadership, education, and specialized nursing care for residents with psychosocial crises and co-occurring disorders across long-term care and transitional settings. The position supports recovery-focused, patient/family-centered care, conducts PIECES-informed assessments, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team.
