As Senior Manager, Data Semantics and Context Modeling, you will govern a trusted semantic layer across lululemon’s Enterprise Data Platform. You will represent business ontology, context, and knowledge while partnering with data platform and insights delivery teams. Your work supports governed analytics and AI use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and evolve the enterprise semantic layer
- Maintain hierarchies, relationships, business rules, and event semantics
- Integrate semantics with catalog, metadata, and lineage tooling
- Drive adoption across dashboards, data products, and AI analytics
- Lead and develop data modeling experts

Requirements:

- 10+ years in data, analytics, or information architecture
- Deep experience in data semantics and taxonomy
- Experience managing semantic layers, data mesh, and products
- 3+ years leading complex teams or multiple projects
- Authorization to work in Canada
