Lead financial planning, forecasting, and control activities for a respected manufacturer serving North America from Mississauga and Woodstock.

The Controller oversees financial analysis, business planning, treasury, cash flow, month end closing, audits, SOX, and assigned projects. This senior accounting position supports both the Mississauga head office and Woodstock Assembly Plant. The scope includes manufacturing finance, product costing, inventory, intercompany transactions, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare business plans, profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow projections
- Manage month end closing, statements, and variance analysis
- Monitor capital investment, expenditures, purchases, and budgets
- Lead external audits,



SOX activities, and audit action plans
- Manage and develop an effective six member accounting team

Requirements:

- Seven years of applicable senior or supervisory accounting experience
- Four years of manufacturing experience preferred
- ERP knowledge; SAP is a plus
- Solid Excel and Access skills
- Knowledge of effective accounting control systems
