Schedule

Three shifts (Day/ Afternoon/ Graveyard), seven days a week

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for motivating and directing crews in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner while developing and maintaining effective relations with supervisors, management, and third parties.

Qualifications and Skills

Education

Candidates should possess a minimum of Grade 12 or an equivalent, supplemented with a certified Red Seal Trade.

Experience

Experience with materials handling equipment in an automated setting

Preferred candidates shall possess a minimum of five (5) years’ front line supervisory experience in a unionized, heavy industrial setting.

Skills

- Must have a valid class 5 driver’s license.
- Computer literacy




- Exceptional organization and planning skills.
- Strong leadership, supervisory, multi-tasking, communications and people skills.
- Solid commitment to safety, training, and environmental protection.
