Senior Site Reliability Engineer supporting Canada Protected B, with Linux, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure expertise in a flexible or remote model.

ServiceNow seeks a senior engineer for its regulated Canada Protected B cloud environment. You will improve reliability, availability, scalability, security, and performance across operating systems, networking, containers, databases, and application services. The position supports continuous Monday-to-Friday coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot complex production issues across infrastructure and application layers
- Participate in incident management, mitigation, recovery, and coordination
- Build Ansible and Puppet automation for production infrastructure
- Operate Linux systems, Kubernetes environments, and cloud services




- Strengthen monitoring, observability, and service reliability

Requirements:

- Five-plus years with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- Solid Linux administration and production troubleshooting experience
- Hands-on cloud experience, preferably Google Cloud Platform
- Practical Kubernetes, Git, Ansible, and Puppet experience
- Eligibility for Government of Canada Reliability Status screening
