Lead reliability data analysis and committee management for Electricity Canada in a hybrid Ottawa contract supporting national electricity programs.

The Manager, Reliability Intelligence Program oversees reliability reporting, data stewardship, and member committees. This full-time maternity-leave contract lasts approximately 13 months, with three downtown Ottawa office days weekly. The work combines Power BI, SQL, data validation, project management, and team-oriented service for participating utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee reliability data collection, validation, verification, and reporting deadlines
- Manage committee agendas, meetings, minutes, communications, and follow-up actions
- Develop Power BI reports, visuals, and analytical insights




- Troubleshoot member data-entry and reporting issues
- Lead assigned staff through coaching, delegation, and performance discussions

Requirements:

- University degree or college diploma
- Advanced Power BI proficiency, including DAX programming
- In-depth SQL knowledge and stored procedure reading ability
- Knowledge of data mapping, collection, and analysis principles
- Willingness to travel three to four times yearly within Canada
