Manage agriculture and farm accounts for NFP in Ontario through hybrid client service, coverage discussions, renewals, and commercial insurance workflows.

This full-time Agriculture & Farm Account Manager position supports an assigned book of farm, agri-business, and related commercial accounts. You will work with producers, clients, carriers, broking teams, and internal service teams. The role requires commercial lines experience, technical farm coverage knowledge, and careful documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Service assigned agriculture, farm, and producer-supported commercial accounts
- Answer questions about coverage, billing, claims, audits, and renewals
- Review farm operations and identify property, liability, auto, and equipment exposures
- Gather renewal information and coordinate remarketing when required




- Document recommendations, client decisions, and workflow activity clearly

Requirements:

- Active provincial P&C; license; RIBO required for Ontario clients
- Commercial lines experience; agriculture or farm experience preferred
- Understanding of farm and agri-business coverage considerations
- Experience with renewals, endorsements, claims intake, and client reviews
- Strong judgement, detail orientation, and practical communication skills
