William Osler Health System invites an experienced Manager, HIS applications to lead the Applications Team, oversee Epic and related third‑party applications, and ensure stability and continuous improvement of our clinical and non‑clinical systems.

You will coach 15–20 staff, align priorities with clinical and operational goals, and work with IS leadership on change management and digital initiatives across the organization. Hybrid role with in office weekly requirements.
