Our client in Toronto is looking for a Sr. Project Accountant.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with monthly billing, including e-mailing monthly invoices to clients and uploading invoices to vendor portals
- Assist with month end reporting requirements.
- Responsible for collection of accounts receivable along with the other members of the Accounting group.
- Liaise with Field group to track construction status of projects and number of site reviews completed.
- Communicate effectively with Partners, Senior management, Associates and BPA Accounting on contract details and billing related matters.

Qualifications:

- Highly organized person with the ability to manage high volume of e-mail requests
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail, self-motivated individual
- College or University graduate with at least 10 years’ experience
- Team player with a positive “can-do” attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external clients
