This full-time, permanent Controller/Business Analyst role oversees accounting, cash flow, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. You will provide executive leadership with financial insights while supporting efficiency, growth initiatives, process improvements, and business decisions. The position combines financial management with project coordination and operational analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee consolidated financial statements for multiple entities and Lines of Business
- Manage accounting functions, reconciliations, remittances, and financial reporting
- Develop budgets, monitor performance, and manage cash flow
- Analyze profitability, trends, variances,



and unusual transactions
- Create dashboards, key performance indicators, and business recommendations

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Three or more years of accounting or financial management experience
- Solid accounting software, Excel, and financial reporting knowledge
- Experience with CRM and business software platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; CPA preferred
