The Engineering Manager leads Mechanical Design and Process System Engineers delivering design and field work for Bruce Power’s nuclear power station. This manager oversees concept, preliminary, and detailed design while coordinating process engineering and multidisciplinary interfaces. The position reports functionally and daily to the Engineering Director.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead mechanical and process engineering staff and technical activities
- Manage designs from concept through detailed design
- Coordinate Nuclear Systems and Balance of Plant interfaces




- Approve engineering documents and project deliverables
- Forecast resources and remove performance barriers

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- Ontario Qualified Engineer registration in good standing
- Ten years of mechanical system analysis and design
- Five years leading engineering teams as Design Manager
- Security clearance from Candu Energy and Bruce Power
