RBC seeks an Agriculture Financing Specialist in Woodstock, Ontario, combining credit analysis and client advisory expertise within commercial banking teams.

You will serve as the credit expert for Agriculture clients and a trusted strategic advisor. The full time position partners with Commercial Financial Services Relationship Managers on credit discovery, discussion papers, new borrowing clients, and portfolio management. You will provide business, financial, and credit advice while supporting an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze client finances for credit requests and annual reviews
- Present business analysis and credit options clearly
- Develop timely financial solutions meeting client needs




- Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Credit Adjudicators
- Recommend credit applications following risk processes and guidelines

Requirements:

- Understanding of financial, risk, and credit analysis
- Experience supporting or specializing in Agriculture or Agribusiness
- Solid organization across multiple time-sensitive tasks
- Interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and client-centricity skills
- Ability to travel 25% across Southwestern Ontario
