This Manager, Supply Chain Management position leads the site Supply Chain function and reports to the Site Head. It connects capacity, inventory, materials, scheduling, warehousing, logistics, packaging, and quality-system requirements. The role also leads supply governance, continuity planning, product launches, and a team of 9 to 12 people.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead integrated supply planning, scheduling, capacity, and inventory decisions
- Oversee material ordering, warehousing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Direct packaging, visual inspection, quality, and compliance activities




- Lead Sales and Operations Planning and business continuity scenarios
- Coach and develop the Supply Chain team

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Minimum five years of supply chain experience
- Minimum three years of people-leadership experience
- Knowledge of planning, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and cost stewardship
- Robust analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
