Lead complex power generation projects as a Senior Engineering Manager, directing multidisciplinary teams through engineering and EPC delivery programs.

This senior role oversees project performance and client engagement throughout the project lifecycle. You will manage utility-scale and industrial projects, from conceptual development through commissioning. The work includes FEED/FEL studies, detailed engineering, plant upgrades, and construction support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead engineers, designers, and technical specialists across multiple disciplines
- Develop execution plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing strategies
- Coordinate engineering activities for successful project completion
- Review deliverables and maintain quality and technical excellence




- Serve as engineering lead and responsible technical authority

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- Qualified Engineer license strongly preferred
- Experience leading U.S. power generation engineering, EPC, or consulting projects
- Background supporting simple-cycle and combined-cycle gas turbine facilities
- Occasional travel and work in office and field environments
