The Plant Controller serves as a business partner and member of the plant leadership team. This senior finance role guides management toward headquarters objectives while supporting departments across the plant. Responsibilities span monthly reporting, profitability analysis, internal controls, audits, inventory monitoring, and cost-saving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, analyze, and monitor forecasts, budgets, and standard costs
- Prepare monthly reports and presentations with qualitative commentary
- Analyze profitability by product, project, customer, and operational KPI
- Coordinate budgeting, forecasting,



and re-forecasting processes
- Recommend actions from performance and variance analyses

Requirements:

- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Management
- Minimum five years in senior financial or controller roles
- Robust Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel
- Experience with ERP applications
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French
