Adult Respiratory Therapy clinical work with Shared Health requires MARRT registration and effective patient communication. This in-person term position is based in Manitoba.

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide clinical support within Respiratory Therapy Adult services. The position requires an accredited Canadian respiratory therapy credential or MARRT-approved equivalent, current MARRT registration, and CPR training meeting employer policy. Recent related clinical experience is preferred. You will collaborate across disciplines while applying skilled judgment, initiative, and knowledge of patient care’s physiological, social, cultural, and economic aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships
- Communicate clearly in written and verbal interactions




- Work cooperatively with other healthcare disciplines
- Organize assignments with minimal supervision
- Adapt to new clinical concepts and techniques

Requirements:

- Respiratory therapy credential from an accredited Canadian program
- Current registration with MARRT
- Current CSRT registration or membership preferred
- Computer experience with office and email software
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual ventilation
