Reporting to the Vice President, Community Impact, the Director leads Endow Manitoba and related provincial initiatives. This senior leadership role requires relationship building, communication, financial, analytical, project management, and decision-making skills. The position strengthens community foundation sustainability, effectiveness, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate organizational priorities into plans, programs, resources, measures, and outcomes
- Lead, coach, and develop the Endow Manitoba team
- Oversee governance, endowment, sustainability, and capacity-building initiatives
- Advise foundations, boards, leaders, and stakeholders on sector needs




- Manage budgets, agreements, contracts, resources, and financial performance

Requirements:

- Degree in business, public administration, management, or related discipline
- Eight or more years of progressive leadership experience
- Understanding of foundations, endowments, philanthropy, and charitable trends
- Experience leading strategic initiatives, partnerships, and capacity building
- Robust financial understanding and complex stakeholder management experience
