This permanent full time Coordinator develops, implements, and evaluates provincial, regional, and site-wide initiatives. The work supports staff safety, operational consistency, quality improvement, and administrative decision-making. You will liaise with department managers and interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate site-wide health and safety initiatives
- Facilitate change and monitor ongoing compliance
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, graphs, and statistics
- Participate in the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee
- Support quality improvement and risk management initiatives

Requirements:

- Diploma in business management, human resources, health and safety, or related field
- Three to five years of experience
- Minimum two years of leadership experience
- Valid British Columbia Driver’s Licence
- Excel spreadsheet and graphing proficiency
