About Us
We are an employee-owned, multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm serving clients across North America and beyond. Our team of engineers, scientists, technologists and support staff is dedicated to excellence in engineering and project management.
We believe a commitment to lasting relationships is just as critical as the expertise applied in our work. To us that means we put our people first. From professional development opportunities to an open, flexible and collaborative work environment, a career at KGS is like no other.
Working with us means you’ll be part of some of the most engaging projects across Canada, the U.S. and beyond. We believe we set our own boundaries by what we’re willing to attempt and strive to push the limit on what’s possible. That’s the KGS way.

To this end, you will interface with clients, manage your project’s scope, budget and schedule, and report directly to the Municipal Market Lead under the direction of the Municipal Infrastructure Department Head.
To succeed in this role, you will leverage your technical engineering background and familiarity with municipal procurement and project delivery methods, Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA) processes, and regulatory agency requirements to oversee a project from proposal stage to post-construction.
Your strong engineering design background in land development, municipal infrastructure, water resources, structural, or environmental engineering will enable you to navigate multidisciplinary complexities and bring a comprehensive understanding of engineering design, project management, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop, monitor, and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables

- Assign project tasks and coordinate resource allocation with Department Heads to ensure effective project delivery
- Ensure project deliverables meet client requirements, applicable regulations, technical standards, and KGS Group's quality expectations
- Manage project financial performance, including budget tracking, forecasting, review and approval of project-related time and expenses, invoicing, and accounts receivable
- Support business development initiatives by identifying project opportunities, participating in client meetings, and contributing to proposal preparation
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers, engineers, and technical staff
About You
