As JLR’s Pursuit Strategy Lead, you will oversee multidisciplinary proposals and lead strategy from prospect identification through submission. Your work will connect positioning, win themes, team composition, resource allocation, pricing considerations, and architectural go/no-go decisions. You will help strengthen competitive positioning across JLR’s markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee comprehensive multidisciplinary proposals and pursuit submissions
- Lead win themes, positioning, teams, resources, and pricing considerations
- Use market intelligence and historical data to identify pursuit trends




- Facilitate architectural go/no-go discussions and prioritize opportunities
- Coach staff on proposal development and pursuit planning

Requirements:

- 10+ years developing high-quality architectural proposals
- 10+ years leading complex pursuits
- Experience translating technical work into compelling pursuits
- Strategic judgment during go/no-go decisions
- Ability to use client insights to shape strategy
