As a Senior Associate, you will advise private market asset classes through pre-investment underwriting and portfolio oversight. Your work will cover due diligence, stress testing, sensitivity analysis, valuation, and financial modeling. You will use AI-enabled tools responsibly while verifying outputs against source documents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver independent Risk Assessments for private market investments
- Support due diligence for direct, co-invest, and fund deals
- Challenge investment theses, projections, valuations, and risk assumptions
- Monitor portfolio concentrations, valuations, and emerging business risks




- Present recommendations on significant market and emerging risks

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in investment, M&A;, or related environments
- Experience analyzing market, commercial, financial, tax, and legal risks
- Solid private asset research, modeling, analytical, and valuation skills
- Ability to verify AI outputs using human judgment and sources
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving capabilities
