Use SolidWorks and AutoCAD to create manufacturing drawings as an onsite Production Designer in Newmarket, Ontario. Support steel storage systems from orders through installation.

This full-time Production Designer works Monday to Friday, reporting to the VP of Production within the design department. The work includes sales, post-sales, and production drawings for steel storage systems. You will collaborate with Production and Sales while supporting customers and multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create production drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Process acknowledgements, bills of material, specifications, and installation drawings
- Prepare AutoCAD proposal and installation drawings




- Check approval drawings and develop modified products
- Provide inside sales and customer service support

Requirements:

- Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Manufacturing experience producing production, proposal, or installation drawings
- Working knowledge of bills of material, estimating, and quoting
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage priorities and communicate professionally
