The Director of Analytics guides direct and indirect analysts while uncovering opportunities, anticipating challenges, and improving profitability and guest experience. This leader partners with operations, Finance, IT, and Marketing to develop forecasts, dashboards, and actionable recommendations. The position builds a culture of data-driven decision-making across the resort.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or related field
- Minimum seven years of analytics, business intelligence, or strategy experience
- Minimum three years in leadership, preferably with direct reports
- Advanced skills with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, or R
