Use LLQP certification and active listening as a Prospr Advisor at Sun Life, serving insurance clients through phone and digital tools. This is a hybrid opportunity based in downtown Toronto.

As an LLQP certified Prospr Advisor, you will provide holistic Life, Health and Wealth solutions for recent and existing clients. The position requires client communication, needs assessment, investment risk assessments, and tailored insurance recommendations. You will work with Branch Managers and support teams while contributing to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call and receive calls from new and existing insurance clients
- Identify client needs through phone and digital interactions
- Recommend insurance solutions aligned with client goals




- Conduct investment risk assessments and provide suitable solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve client experiences and services

Requirements:

- Valid LLQP certification
- Bachelor degree or two plus years relevant experience
- Sales and service experience, preferably in insurance
- Excellent written, verbal, and relationship-building communication skills
- Availability Monday through Friday, between 8am and 8pm
