Reporting to the Manager of Rehabilitation or Clinical Manager, you will complete professional Physiotherapy activities. The work includes assessment, treatment, education, and client management under professional standards. You will develop treatment programs, communicate recommendations, and support clients and care providers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess clients and establish individualized treatment programs
- Evaluate and revise goals and discharge plans
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Collaborate with members of the health care team
- Provide education,



recommendations, and guidance as needed

Requirements:

- Master’s Degree or recognized equivalent in Physiotherapy
- Current provincial College of Physiotherapists registration
- Active positive standing with the applicable provincial College
- Prior experience with in home assessments and treatments
- Participation in ongoing education and quality activities
