Build AI agents and automated workflows as Poka’s GTM Engineer, working across Marketing, Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success. Hybrid or remote work applies by location.

This hands-on builder role makes AI central to Poka’s go-to-market operations. You will connect Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and 6sense while improving processes through experimentation. The work spans automation, reporting, governance, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build AI agents across the complete GTM lifecycle
- Integrate systems and automate workflows across the GTM stack
- Create dashboards revealing process gaps and inefficiencies
- Test experiments, measure outcomes, and scale successful approaches
- Report hours saved, pipeline influence, conversion, and adoption

Requirements:

- Three or more years in GTM Engineering or similar technical roles
- Production experience building with LLMs and AI agents
- Robust Salesforce knowledge, including APIs, automation, and reporting
- Experience with HubSpot, Clay, Gong, or 6sense
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder partnership skills
