As Operations Manager, you will coordinate project and field teams while supporting efficient execution and business growth. The position covers budgets, forecasts, contracts, change management, reporting, and operational processes. You will also develop Project Managers, Coordinators, and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily operations across project and field teams
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, invoicing, and project profitability
- Support contract reviews, negotiations, and risk mitigation
- Improve project controls, reporting, and operational processes




- Mentor teams and support workforce planning initiatives

Requirements:

- Eight or more years of construction management experience
- Experience leading multiple projects and construction teams
- Knowledge of financial management, scheduling, and contracts
- Experience with projects from $1M to $25M or more
- Solid leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
