As a Rotating Equipment Specialist, you will advise customers supporting Customer Value Agreements. You will shape maintenance strategies, assess equipment health, and guide performance improvements. The work covers pumps, compressors, turbines, expanders, fans, gearboxes, and related power systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical leadership for rotating equipment across customer operations
- Develop maintenance, repair, and component replacement strategies
- Validate condition monitoring insights and identify improvement opportunities
- Support troubleshooting, repair oversight, and technical guidance




- Analyze equipment health data for predictive maintenance solutions

Requirements:

- Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic or Millwright certification
- Eight-plus years maintaining rotating equipment is an asset
- Knowledge of Caterpillar engines and other major OEM products
- Expertise in root cause failure analysis and reliability improvement
- Ability to travel to customer and Finning locations
