Matrix Camps, Logistics and Aviation seeks experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for Arctic ice-road projects near Bathurst Inlet, Nunavut. Seasonal, 4 weeks on/2 weeks off, with 12-hour shifts at remote camp sites and FIFO travel.

Positions include operating multiple machines (ldozer, grader, excavators, loaders, snowcat, water/fuel trucks) and require Arctic ice-road experience, valid licenses, and robust safety discipline.
