You will improve process stability, product quality, and operational efficiency through technical problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. The position supports Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day technical support for manufacturing operations
- Troubleshoot process issues and implement sustainable solutions

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Robust leadership and project management abilities
