Bantrel is seeking a Risk Analyst to support the Delivery Partner team on Metrolinx’s Ontario Line transit project in downtown Toronto. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role, five days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

- Maintain project risk and issues registers and support risk owners in documenting risks and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate risk workshops, reviews, and identification sessions.
- Track risks and emerging issues, escalate as needed, and follow up on mitigation actions.
- Review contractor and stakeholder inputs and maintain accurate risk data and reporting timelines.
- Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and stakeholder summaries.
- Support periodic risk assessments, including quantitative risk assessments (QCRA/QSRA).




- Work with multidisciplinary project teams on risk activities.

Qualifications

- Degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field.
- Approximately five years of experience in project controls, risk management, or a related function in infrastructure, construction, or EPC/EPCM environments.
- Familiarity with risk tools or systems and strong Excel skills; Power BI or Power Apps experience is an asset.
- Solid attention to detail, data accuracy, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Compensation

Base annual salary: $95,000–$145,000 CAD. The role offers a benefits package, an employer Group RRSP plan, and work on a multi-year transit infrastructure program.
