Lead manufacturing process optimization at IPEX’s Scarborough plant, applying engineering expertise, production analysis, and continuous improvement practices. This full-time role reports to the Plant Manager.

The Process Manager oversees productive, safe, and cost-effective production processes. You will analyze production data, cycle times, downtime, scrap, and operating performance. The role also requires collaboration with Manufacturing Excellence, Set-Up, Maintenance, Production, Scheduling, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Champion safe work practices and environmental, health, and safety compliance
- Lead 5S, workplace organization, and visual management initiatives
- Optimize processes using production and operating performance data
- Develop metrics, reports, and presentations for operational decisions




- Support MES initiatives, testing, investigations, and corrective actions

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- At least three years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
- Experience implementing measurable process improvement results
- Understanding of production planning, lean manufacturing, and quality systems
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and leadership capabilities
