Shell seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer for its Engineering Services organization. The position provides discipline leadership for operating units and site infrastructure, covering capital projects, asset integrity, electrical reliability, and technical assurance. It also supports capability development through coaching and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assure electrical designs through commissioning and start-up
- Develop asset care, reliability, and investment plans
- Support turnarounds, incidents, and operational reliability
- Lead Management of Change and minor plant changes
- Maintain standards, drawings, procedures, and engineering practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years’ industrial electrical engineering experience
- Experience with systems up to 28 kV
- Experience with motor controls up to 5 kV
- Knowledge of CSA Z462 and Ontario Electrical Safety Code
