The Manager, Policy Services position sits within Finance Services at the House of Commons. You will oversee policies concerning Members, House Officers, and their staff, alongside key elements of the integrated financial policy framework. The work supports parliamentary administration through policy advice, planning, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, recommend, communicate, interpret, and monitor policy implementation
- Oversee key integrated financial policy framework policies
- Provide expert policy interpretation and formulation advice
- Prepare internal policy development plans and approval documentation




- Lead teams toward strategic objectives and priorities

Requirements:

- University degree in finance, accounting, business, law, economics, or related field
- Recent significant experience developing and implementing corporate policies
- Recent significant experience advising senior levels on policies and operational solutions
- Experience preparing executive submissions or briefing notes
- Recent experience managing a team and leading projects
