As a Senior Associate, you will provide accounting advisory services across acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, capital transactions, and digital transformation projects. The Prospectus Centre of Excellence supports complex financing transactions through technical accounting, capital markets, and operational transformation. Your work will involve prospectuses, comfort letters, due diligence correspondence, and consent letters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, coordinate, and review prospectuses and offering deliverables
- Collaborate with global delivery teams on financing transactions
- Partner with audit teams and clients on technical accuracy




- Liaise with legal counsel, underwriters, and client contacts
- Coach team members and improve standardized processes

Requirements:

- Experience in public accounting, advisory, reporting, or deals
- Canadian CPA or equivalent recognized or reciprocal designation
- Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and ASPE considered an asset
- Explicit written and verbal communication of technical matters
- Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven workstreams effectively
