As a Principal consultant, you will shape customized, multi-work-stream solutions and manage senior client relationships. Apply organizational strategy, transformation, change management, and Leadership & Development methodologies. Translate client needs into integrated delivery while supporting business development, proposals, and project leadership. Facilitate in English and French across virtual and in-person environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Strategy engagements aligning senior teams around winning requirements
- Lead Change engagements supporting sustainable adoption and lasting results
- Manage client engagements through scoping, delivery, and closeout




- Interpret assessments and deliver actionable leadership feedback
- Develop trusted client relationships and contribute to profitable business

Requirements:

- At least five years of relevant consulting or transformation experience
- Complex engagement management and senior stakeholder relationship experience
- Workshop facilitation experience in English and French
- Bachelor’s degree required; higher relevant degree preferred
- Robust learning agility and human capital interest
