Lead Legal AI product strategy for CoCounsel Legal through customer discovery, lifecycle management, and hybrid collaboration across deployments.

As Senior Solutions Manager, Legal AI FDE, you will direct complex customer-facing engagements with law firms and legal departments. You will translate workflow problems into requirements, prioritize delivery, and shape scalable capabilities. The work spans discovery, development, validation, deployment, adoption, and handoff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with legal customers to discover workflows and pain points
- Define requirements, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes
- Lead priorities across multiple Forward Deployed Engineering engagements
- Manage backlogs through build, validation, launch, and handoff




- Identify bespoke solutions suitable for broader productization

Requirements:

- Seven or more years of product management experience
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, AI products, or workflow platforms
- Complex customer-facing work across stakeholders and parallel initiatives
- Robust communication, facilitation, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Experience influencing engineering partners without direct authority
